Do I need to be using any particular software to do a course at eim?
No. If your workplace doesn’t use Enlighten Management Software to manage data you can learn how to apply the same techniques in your workplace. Enlightened is a way of thinking. If your workplace uses Enlighten Software you will be able to do the Certificate course and to qualify as an Enlighten Operational Excellence Certified member.
Do I have to leave eim if I leave my employer?
No. You can always be part of the eim community. If you are eim certified, you’ll find that your certification will be a great asset when you are looking for a new employer. Show them what it means to be a certified eim alumni.
